Return & Refund Policy

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email] with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. You do not need to send the item back.

Change of mind: unopened products in original packaging may be returned within [30] days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions; items sent back without contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Opened products: for hygiene reasons, opened personal-care products cannot be returned.

Refunds: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5-10] business days.

Delivery usually takes 7-15 business days.
